Ito ang naging mungkahi ni Chairperson ng House Committee on Dangerous Drugs Rep.Robert Ace Barbers na nag-nanais magsagawa ng mandatory drug testing sa mga artista na iniidolo ng publiko lalo na ng mga kabataan.
Ang mungkahing ito ni Barbers ay bunsod sa pagkakahuli ng aktor na si Dominic Roco sa isang buy-bust operation sa Quezon City.
