The long-awaited debut of their unica hija, Jassley Espiritu happened at the Ballroom of the posh Conrad Hotel at the Seaside Boulevard in Pasay.
Who si Jassley?
The second child of the Godfather of Rap, Andrew E and Mylene Espiritu (the two are eldest Fordy and youngest Ichiro), the promise made to her during her baptism years ago got her father’s prayer to God realized.
According to Andrew, when Jassley was baptized, his career in the music industry was going downhill. Struggling.
When it comes to the struggles he faced as a rapper, it was not an easy road for Andrew E.
But when he hit the mark with the songs that he continued to do, ayun na. There was no stopping him.
And with that came din his vision and mission for the other rap artists he cared for.
His Dongalo Records came to being. And just recently, the house and lot he and Mylene bought to be their office, studio and halfway house for their artists have become a reality.
His mother-in-law, dubbed as Boracay’s Queen, mama Mila is so very proud of Andrew. His love for the family extends to all their relatives. As what we saw which filled the ballroom that night.
The people closest to their hearts flew in from different parts of the country, particularly from the idland of Boracay as well as their closest friends like James Salas and partner, Heaven Peralejo and Marco Gallo and the Salbakuta.
Before Jassley’s big night, the family also celebrated the birthday of Jassley’s brothers enjoying their toy-hunting with the Dad in Japan, while Mon and Jassley were on their shopping spree.
Enjoying the blessings from up above, Andrew and Mylene are appreciated by the people around them for being the generous lot.
So very proud of their children, but now getting to be a bit lonely as Jassley plans to study in America with her International Baccalaureate course. Jassley will continue her advocacy projects for Alsa Pilipinas.
Sabi ni Mylene, “We are just so proud of them na lumaki silang mabubuting mga tao. And making us proud with their achievements.
More than the material things, what the family enjoys are their treasured moments wherever it is they plan to go to, pero paborito nila ang Japan talaga.
During Jassley’s party, the guests who participated in the games got dollars for their prizes!
A lot were wondering if Jassley will be part of showbiz in the near future. She’s got the looks. And the talent. Just like her brothers, she can rap!
Cheers to many more birthdays Jassley girl!
Sigurado nakapila na ang admirers mo, as early as now.
